Local foragers, Elodie and Bryana, identified wild foods growing here in the Catskills. The walk and talk included an hour-long hike to discover edible treats often found in your own backyard.

The walk concluded with a foraged lunch prepared by Elodie and Bryana back at the West Kill Lexington Community Hall. The menu offered a selection of Wild Greens Kimchi, Sun Choke Soup, Ramp Pesto Focaccia, West Kill Brewing beer, and a non-alcoholic Kombucha.

100% proceeds were donated to West Kill Community Hall building improvement fund.
